Handwritten criminal docket of Mark Fletcher, U.S. Commissioner of the Supreme Court, Territory of Utah, Cache County from July 1891 to May 1892. Includes 25 cases of assault and battery, polygamy, fornication, grand larceny, assault with a deadly weapon, selling beer without a license, burglary, exhibiting obscene literature, unlawful co-habitation, robbery, disturbing the peace, and cruelty to animals. Includes an index to the cases by name of defendant on leaves 18-19.

Petitioners Vaughn and Sharane Fischer, members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, filed a petition on 30 June 1987 to adopt the five children, ages 5-19, of Brenda and Joseph Thornton (both deceased at the time of this case, though Brenda has recently become the second wife of Vaughn Fischer).
